The uncompleted project is commonly known as "half finished" project. In construction contract disputes, it is not uncommon for "half finished" projects, and the handling of relevant legal issues is relatively complex for projects that have been completed and accepted. Due to the lack of completion acceptance procedures for "half finished" projects, the employer often opposes the contractor's right to claim project price on the grounds that the project has quality problems. On behalf of the contractor, I have filed a lawsuit against the employer for project payment. After the court's judgment took effect, the contractor applied for compulsory execution of the employer. During the execution process, the Employer filed a lawsuit twice on the grounds that the project under construction involved in the case had significant quality issues. As the contractor's agent, I participated in the entire process of the above case and witnessed the "love and murder" between the employer and the contractor for 7 years. The legal issues involved in this case are numerous, and this article only discusses the contractor's responsibility for the quality of uncompleted projects.
